Registration Process on Seva Sindhu Service Plus Portal

By using the Seva Sindhu service plus Portal , the citizens of Karnataka can avail any citizen service without visiting the respective offices. To avail the online services , they have to first register on the portal. Without registration , they will not be able to apply for any service.

Those who wants  to register the portal , they can check the simple instructions below are

  • Get started with searching for Seva Sindhu on your browser. (Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge preferred for the best view)
  • Click on the Seva Sindhu Portal option.

  • Click on the “New User Register Here” option given on the homepage.

  • Now , the instructions related to the new registration process will open. Read the information mentioned on this page and proceed by clicking on “New User Registration Here”.
  • On clicking the registration link , users will be redirected to Digilocker login page.
  • Now , applicants need to enter their 16 digit Aadhaar number in the given block and click on the Next button.

  • An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number linked to the Aadhaar number of the applicant.
  • Check 6 digit OTP in mobile and enter in given space. Proceed by clicking the “Continue” button.
  • Applicants have to click on the “Allow” button. By clicking on this button , they will be redirected back to Seva Sindhu page.
  • On this page they have to enter their email id (though it is optional) , mobile number , password and captcha code.
  • Once entered , they can click on the “Submit Button”.
  • A verification popup will appear. Proceed by clicking “OK”.
  • Again they have to enter the OTP shared on their registered mobile number.
  • For verification of OTP , they have to click on ” Validate” button.
  • Finally the registration process will be completed and users will now see a registration confirmation message/notification on their screen.
  • They can use their registered mobile number or email to log in to the Seva Sindhu portal in future.

Seva Sindhu Login Process

Once the citizens are registered on the portal they can avail various services offered by different departments through the portal. To apply for any of the services , a registered user has to log in to the portal. Check the login process on the Seva Sindhu Portal given below-

  • Click on “Registered User Login” option on the homepage.
  • The login page will open and two options will appear in it – Apply for service and Check application status.

  • First of all open Seva Sindhu Portal.
  • Click on the “Departments and Services” tab given on the menu bar.

  • From the various options shown on the page, click on the respective service option. Or enter the name of the required service in the search box as shown in the image.

  • On clicking on a particular department , a drop-down menu will show a list of all the services available under that department.

  • Click on the respective service option.
  • All the details about the selected option will open. These details eligibility criteria for the selected service , a list of required documents , application fee , the process of application , including processing or delivery time. You have to read the information clearly.
  • Click on the “Apply Now” option to proceed.

  • A new page (login page) will open and two options will be given here. One for the application and the other for checking the status of the application.

  • Enter Email or Mobile Number and OTP/Password to login. Click on submit button.
  • Now , provide all the details asked in the application form , upload the required documents and complete the application form.

  • Open the Seva Sindhu Online Portal.
  • On the homepage , click on the “Track Your Application Status” menu.

  • Application Status Search page will open.
  • Select the option to find the status- Application Reference Number or OTP/Application Details.

  • If application ref. Option was selected , then enter the application reference number , select the Date option and enter the date , enter the Captcha code and click on the “Submit” button.

  • If OTP option is selected then select Service from drop-down menu , enter the word verification code in the space provided. Click on the “Submit” button.

  • Finally the application status will be displayed.
